Technical Support for MBA Online Classes

The MBA courses use Adobe Connect.  DO NOT CALL THE APU IT DEPARTMENT FOR SUPPORT!  They are unable to support this product at this time - they are supporting the use of Blackboard Collaborate.  The MBA program has decided not to use Collaborate but to use Connect instead - this is to provide state of the art videoconferencing capabilities for the program.  Each registered MBA student will have a hosted account for holding group meetings.  You should receive an email with an initial password.  Your login is your APU email address.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:  
BROADBAND CONNECTION (TRY TO AVOID WIRELESS CONNECTIONS IF POSSIBLE), HEADPHONES, MICROPHONE, WEBCAM (ANY USB WEBCAM WILL WORK)
